The order from Government to SUMATRA to inspect ships

The government has ordered the councils to manage transportation, Surface and Marine Regulatory Authority (SUMATRA), increasing its operations to Zanzibar

This move comes one week after the ship MV Skagit sink into the sea as it goes Zanzibar. 
Among these ships are MV Kalama which was stoped,also is owned by the MV Skagit.
In the accident more than 150 people were drowned.

In his directive Minister in the office of Vice President Mohammed Aboud said SUMATRA must inspect ship of Zanzibar look like should be at sea or not.
